Ferromagnetic exchange field stabilized antiferromagnetic ordering in a cuprate superconductor

چکیده
We report experimental evidence of the formation antiferromagnetic clusters well within cuprate superconductor ${\mathrm{La}}_{1.85}{\mathrm{Sr}}_{0.15}{\mathrm{CuO}}_{4}$ (LCu) in a composite made LCu and ferromagnet ${\mathrm{La}}_{0.6}{\mathrm{Sr}}_{0.4}{\mathrm{CoO}}_{3}$ (LCo). It is found that exchange field LCo suppresses dynamic spin fluctuation short-range-ordered superparamagnetic type (AFM) are formed at cost superconducting volume fraction. With help linear nonlinear ac-susceptibility measurements, we show thermal blocking these clusters. Further, shrank fractions undergo quantum size effect (QSE) follow DeGennes-Tinkham theory on finite superconductor. These give clear indication can be mediator electron pairing superconductors.

Surface-stabilized nonferromagnetic ordering of a layered ferromagnetic manganite.
An outstanding question regarding the probing or possible device applications of correlated electronic materials (CEMs) with layered structure is the extent to which their bulk and surface properties differ or not. The broken translational symmetry at the surface can lead to distinct functionality due to the charge, lattice, orbital, and spin coupling. Here we report on the case of bilayered ma...

Coercivity and exchange bias of ferromagnetic/antiferromagnetic multilayers
For a model system consisting of a ferromagnetic layer exchange coupled to an antiferromagnetic layer with a compensated interface, detailed mean-field-type calculations are performed. Both the coercive field and the exchange bias field are calculated. For the coercive field, a rather broad enhancement around the Néel temperature TN of the antiferromagnetic layer is found irrespective of whethe...

We report on the antiferromagnetic exchange coupling between a submonolayer of Mn(II)-phthalocyanine molecules and a ferromagnetic Eu(II)-oxide thin film. The exchange energy is larger by nearly two orders of magnitude compared to previous studies involving oxidic substrates.
متن کاملAntiferromagnetic ordering of itinerant systems in modified mean-field theory
This is an analysis of the itinerant model for antiferromagnetism, in which is included both on-site and inter-site electron correlations. We also consider the band degeneration, which brings into the Hamiltonian the on-site exchange interactions. The Green function technique is used and the coherent potential approximation (CPA) decoupling for the on-site Coulomb repulsion. This decoupling com...
